Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, leader in the development of Customer Experience services, with over 20 years of experience in applying technology to marketing and providing unique customer relationships, with a focus on innovation. We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer.

Responsibilities

  1. Analyze requirements and participate in the technical design of projects.
  2. Provide effort estimations and work collaboratively with the Omega team and/or the client’s team to achieve project objectives.
  3. Analyze and optimize application performance.
  4. Identify potential technical risks and propose solutions.
  5. Collaborate with technology providers as needed.
  6. Document processes and track system performance metrics.
  7. Validate and test solutions against business requirements.
  8. Train end users on new functionalities and software use.
  9. Implement technological advancements and solutions.
  10. Ensure compliance with Omega's quality standards.
  11. Generate technical documentation for completed projects.
  12. Contribute to team training and development.
  13. Share technical knowledge within Omega’s community of practice.
  14. Identify methodological improvements for the technical team.
  15. Evaluate and recommend innovative products and systems.

Knowledge / Experience

  1. Degree in Computer Engineering or a related technology field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  3. Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud; experience with other Salesforce clouds is a plus.
  4. Knowledge of development technologies such as APEX, Visualforce, LWC, migration tools, SOQL, web services.
  5. Understanding of DevOps/Agile (SCRUM) and Waterfall methodologies, SDLC, and coding principles is advantageous.
  6. Ability to work independently and own applications.
  7. Excellent spoken and written English skills.
  8. Salesforce certifications are a plus.
