What You'll Do

• Be the Go-To Person : You’ll manage collections for key corporate clients, ensuring payments are made on time and issues are resolved promptly.
• Problem-Solver Extraordinaire : Handle disputes with care, making sure concerns are addressed accurately and efficiently.
• Keep Things Moving : Ensure that all payments are allocated quickly, and take care of essential admin tasks that keep the team running smoothly.
• Deliver Outstanding Service : Maintain a high standard of professionalism and service to create positive experiences for all our clients.

What you’ll bring

• Experience in Collections : You’ve worked in collections before and understand the importance of timely payments.
• Native Speaker : Fluent in Flemish, French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Your own laptop & high-speed internet is essential for this role.
• Persuasion Pro : You have strong persuasion and problem-solving skills to guide customers to the best solutions.
• Customer Service Champion : Excellent communication, quick thinking, and a genuine desire to help customers.
• Tech-Savvy : You know your way around Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
