The ideal candidate

1. Graduated in Hospitality Management or a related field
2. Hands-on mentality with a passion for operations
3. Experience in events, promotional activities, and brand awareness
4. Proven experience in team management
5. Ability to act as a brand ambassador
6. Experience in hiring and training staff
7. Experience with pre-openings
8. Knowledge of the Spanish market
9. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Catalan
