Responsibilities :

  • On-Site Technical Support : Provide technical support for maintenance, troubleshooting, and implementation tasks.
  • Training : Advise, instruct, and train marine engineers (both internal staff and partners) on assigned tasks.
  • Service Execution : Organize and supervise on-board service activities, ensuring safety regulations are followed.
  • Issue Resolution : Identify and resolve technical issues using diagnostic tools and expertise.
  • Documentation : Prepare job descriptions, service reports, maintenance logs, and compliance documentation.
  • Customer Support : Act as the primary point of contact during field service projects, cooperating to meet customer demands.
  • Feedback : Provide proactive feedback to teams to keep WinGD engine technology up to date.

Requirements :

  • 2-Stroke Engine Knowledge : Strong experience in 2-stroke engine service and operation.
  • Technical Skills : Expertise in troubleshooting mechanical, control, and automation systems.
  • Field Experience : Hands-on experience with safety standards and field operations.
  • PC Skills : Proficiency in software applications and basic PC setup skills.
  • Self-Driven : Self-motivated and committed to continuous improvement.

Education :

Bachelor’s degree in Marine Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience).

Languages :

Other Languages : An advantage

Travel :

Willingness to travel globally on short notice and work on-board vessels, adapting to challenging environments. High travel requirements (max 200 days per year around the world), assignments also in the evenings, at night, on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
