What will the internship be like?

As a Sales Trainee, you will learn to:

  • Support the hotel's MICE sales processes, including responding to RFPs, follow-up, negotiation, and contracting group business.
  • Assist the MICE segment from solicitation to the completion of group transactions.
  • Draft and review sales contracts, rate agreements, and catering orders accurately.
  • Follow up with clients during and after their stay to ensure satisfaction and secure future bookings.
