Salary offer: P30,000.00

Location: Golden Miles Business Park, Carmona, Cavite

Schedule: Mon-Thurs: 8am-6pm

Friday: 8am-5pm

Job Descriptions

• Liaise with the COMPANY and “CLIENT” for the day-to-day administration of health plans, insurance coverage, and dental programs.
• Report and monitor receipts of additions/deletions, endorsements, billing, and membership IDs from Principals, Dependents, and Extended Dependents of “CLIENT” in close coordination with the COMPANY.
• File and monitor the status of claims filed for reimbursement by members after pre-adjudication of claims and completeness of claim documents in close coordination with the COMPANY.
• Immediately report to the COMPANY any cases needing urgent attention.
• Assist the COMPANY's assigned Retainer Physician in preparing reports to be submitted to the COMPANY at required frequency and format.
• Coordinate for annual physical exams and executive check-ups with the COMPANY, Client, and Retainer Physicians.
• Assist retainer physicians during consultations, including taking vital signs and administering prescribed medications.
• Dispense clinic medicines as needed under the guidance of retainer physicians.
• Assist in emergency treatment of urgent cases under the guidance of retainer physicians.
• Record and maintain patients' medical data gathered during consultations and treatments.
• Assist patients during confinement, including documentation for hospitalization such as SSS, PhilHealth, and HMO.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the company.
