Field Marketing Manager, Hospitality Unit
The Travel Intelligence Field Marketing Team (also known as the Sales Engineer Team) supports BI (Business Intelligence) and Data solutions engagement and provides functional and technical pre-sales support to Sales and Account Management teams within our Hospitality Business Unit (HOS).
This role collaborates with a wide range of stakeholders—including executives, sales teams, and customers. Key responsibilities include working with various teams and Specialists to generate interest in our products , coordinating commercial offers , and providing post-sale support to encourage usage and renewal.
This is an individual contributor role that contributes to revenue and profitability growth by supporting our go-to-market strategy, customer retention, and cross-sell initiatives, while also sharing customer feedback with Product teams to help prioritize the roadmap.
Your main responsibilities
Serve as a communication link between product, sales, and customers by clearly sharing product updates, pricing, value propositions, and competitive insights.
Gather and share customer and market feedback with the product team to inform future enhancements.
Provide post-sale support to help customers use and gain value from BI products, encouraging continued engagement and renewal.
Consult with customers to understand their needs and recommend data products that align with their goals.
Promote BI products through direct engagements and webinars, and contribute to commercial proposals to support the sales process.
About the ideal candidate
Experience in Sales or Revenue Management, ideally in the Hospitality Industry.
Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) solutions is valued.
Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Customer-focused with business understanding and adaptability.
Effective communicator with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
