At SEAT CODE, we thrive in a dynamic, start-up environment where innovation and collaboration are key. We're looking for a passionate and driven HOLA Support Service Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities :

  • Service Governance : Ensuring full continuity of support processes end-to-end and adherence to best practices.
  • Service Operations and Delivery : Overseeing daily operations, monitoring service performance, managing incidents, and ensuring service delivery according to SLAs.
  • Incident and Problem Management : Coordinating responses to incidents, facilitating stakeholder communication, and escalating critical issues as needed.
  • Service Performance and Reporting : Monitoring, reporting, and creating dashboards to drive continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management : Acting as the main contact for stakeholders, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Team Coordination : Managing operative tasks and backlog for the support team.
  • Level 1 Service Support : Providing incident management support for tickets related to websites and eCommerce platforms.

Minimum Requirements :

Skills :

  • Experience with Operations / Service Desk, ITSM, and ITIL v4; certification is a plus.
  • Experience in agile environments.
  • Knowledge of helpdesk tools, procedures, and protocols.
  • Proficiency with Jira platform.
  • Understanding of infrastructure and application technologies.
  • Willingness to learn and improve continuously.
  • Strong prioritization and efficiency skills.
  • Proactive, customer-oriented mindset.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
