Description : As a Level 1 Technical Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our Dutch customers seeking technical assistance. You will play a crucial role in resolving basic technical issues and providing guidance on our products and services, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Customer Interaction : Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email promptly and professionally.
  • Issue Resolution : Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues related to specific products or services.
  • Clear Communication : Provide customers with clear and concise instructions to effectively resolve issues.
  • Documentation : Document all customer interactions and solutions provided in our support ticketing system.
  • Escalation : Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2 support or relevant departments as necessary.
  • Continuous Learning : Participate in training sessions and stay updated on product knowledge and technical solutions.
  • Exceptional Service : Provide outstanding customer service by maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.

Requirements :

  • Language Skills : Native or bilingual level of Dutch.
  • English Proficiency : Native or C1 level of English.

  • Competitive Salary : €1,890 gross / month (€22,780 gross / year).
  • Full-Time Hours : 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with shifts from 08 : 00 to 17 : 00 or 08 : 30 to 17 : 30.
  • Hybrid Work Model : Enjoy the flexibility to work remotely after completing your initial training.
  • In-Person Training : Comprehensive 100% on-site training at our Barcelona office.
  • Training Schedule : From February 10 to February 14 from 08 : 30 to 17 : 30.
  • Start Date : February 17th, 2025.
