The Position
Are you the Data & Analytics expert we are looking for? Join our Madrid team and help grow our analytics service by revolutionizing digital analytics in Southern Europe!
We seek an experienced Data & Analytics Consultant to deliver solutions that maximize conversions and increase business turnover. You will participate in projects covering data collection, analysis, dashboarding, CRO, and Cloud 4 Marketing, reporting to the Consulting Manager, prioritizing tasks across industries. Our Data and Analytics team is currently expanding, making this an exciting opportunity.
Role and Responsibilities
- Promote Data / Analytics Marketing maturity frameworks to clients
- Ensure quality of deliverables (analysis, presentations, etc.)
- Follow structured action plans with milestones
- Oversee technical implementation with junior staff or data engineers/scientists
- Address digital activity issues using KPIs
- Guide clients in optimizing website conversions and online media purchasing
- Provide industry-specific data analysis services to align with client objectives

Your profile
- 2-3 years experience in digital analytics, especially Google Analytics (Universal and GA4)
- Expertise in online acquisition channels: SEO, SEM, display, email, social media, etc.
- Fluent in Spanish; good English; Portuguese and Italian are pluses
- Knowledge of the Southern European and Spanish online advertising landscape
- Experience with ETL, TMS, Web Analytics tools
- Strong strategic analysis and advisory skills
- Proven business development success at agency or advertiser level
- Google Analytics 360 knowledge
- Understanding of digital marketing channels and ad technologies
- Advanced project management skills
- Knowledge of marketing analysis techniques; Google Cloud is a plus
