BUSINESS UNIT

The corporate strategy team develops and drives HRS Group’s strategy across its three units : Enterprise Solutions, Business Travel Club, and Destination Solutions. The team focuses on market needs, technology trends, and growth plans, aiming to disrupt markets and set new standards.

POSITION

The Manager Corporate Development (all genders) is a senior team member with direct interaction with the CEO and senior leadership, understanding core decision processes and strategic direction. The role involves operationalizing leadership directives through collaboration with functional and local leaders.

CHALLENGE

  • Lead strategic projects from concept to realization that shape HRS’s future
  • Manage organizational performance, design, efficiency, transformation, and restructuring topics
  • Collaborate closely with management and external partners
  • Coach leaders on strategic issues
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of HRS business models and grow into a leadership role

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 3 years in top-tier strategy consultancy or leading SaaS company
  • Experience in restructuring and organizational performance improvement
  • Results-oriented, able to handle multiple projects and international teams
  • Strong conceptual, analytical, and structured working style
  • Ability to build credibility and trust quickly
  • Fluent in English; German a plus
