Mandatory IT Skills : Minimum 3 years of experience designing scalable and secure web system architectures. At least 5 years of hands-on experience developing distributed web systems. Expertise with integration frameworks (REST APIs, web services). Solid backend and frontend development skills. Experience in PL / SQL and relational databases. Knowledge in unit and integration testing. Proven experience in team management. Valuable but Not Mandatory IT Skills : Familiarity with innovative and emerging technologies. Experience with version control tools. Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools. Relevant certifications in software architecture or cloud technologies.
