We are looking for a Store Manager for our new store in Barcelona!

What your day at POP MART will be like

You are a Manager with a strong focus on business and customer satisfaction. You know how to develop and supervise a team, resolve conflicts, and are dynamic, flexible, and a problem solver. Your love for retail, management experience, and ability to analyze and handle difficult situations will be key to achieving your daily goals. You are passionate about the retail world.

Main responsibilities

  1. Support the area manager in daily activities by contributing to the design of the store's commercial and HR strategies.
  2. Manage all aspects of your store.
  3. Plan, implement, and monitor measures to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
  4. Ensure merchandising standards are met and optimize sales space to maximize profitability.
  5. Manage inventory levels in line with stock replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies.
  6. Maintain good product and fashion knowledge, and apply brand and seasonal visual merchandising standards.
  7. Supervise customer reception in accordance with POP MART guidelines.
  8. Coordinate commercial activities such as events, launches, and campaigns.
  9. Train new team members and support their growth and development.
  10. Act as a role model and promote effective communication within the sales team.
  11. Monitor team performance using KPIs and motivate the team to achieve results.
  12. Analyze customer behavior KPIs and implement strategies accordingly.
  13. Ensure departmental targets and budgets are met.
  14. Apply company procedures and policies regarding regulations, safety, pricing, and promotions.

Background

  • Citizenship or work permit required.
  • 5-10 years of experience in similar roles (Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor) in dynamic multinational retail environments.
  • Knowledge of key trade KPIs, budget management, and reporting.
  • Agility, dynamism, and problem-solving skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong team management skills and ability to foster team spirit.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree preferred.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
