Therefore, our IT Support department is looking for two new colleagues: one for our Amsterdam (Netherlands) location and one for Estepona (Spain).

Your Job

You will be the IT point of contact for all colleagues at the Amsterdam or Estepona office. Your responsibilities include:

• Managing accounts
• Resolving IT issues
• Workplace configuration
• Ordering and managing company hardware
• Collaborating with external suppliers to resolve hardware and software issues
• Implementing measures as directed by our security officer
• Maintaining interoffice telephone systems

We operate according to the Scrum methodology, but also handle urgent issues as they arise.
