The Role

We're looking for a dedicated Professional Services Operations Specialist to join our team and take ownership of our core operational system Kantata. This role offers the opportunity to shape and optimize core business systems while working with stakeholders across the organization to drive operational excellence in our Professional Services department.

What you'll do

  • Drive technical and functional enhancement of our Salesforce and Kantata environments
  • Act as Product Owner for Kantata, managing user stories, change requests, and stakeholder communication to improve efficiency and alignment with company goals
  • Provide first-level support and training for system users, ensuring high adoption rates and data quality
  • Collaborate with IT, Consultants, Team Leads, and Project Leads to optimize system usage and processes
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Support Project and Team Leads in creating and maintaining accurate PS forecasts
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives for Kantata
  • Partner with the Service Operations Manager on data-driven decision making

What you bring to the table

  • University degree, preferably in Business Information Technology, Economics, or related field
  • Minimum 1.5 years experience in operations, professional services, or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and / or Kantata (strongly preferred)
  • Strong reasoning skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent project management and organizational capabilities
  • Proven track record of successful stakeholder management across all levels
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills in English
  • Technical proficiency in business systems and data analysis tools
  • Self-motivated with ability to work well alone while maintaining strong team collaboration
  • Experience in process improvement and change management
