Project Overview

SUEZ Digital Solutions has embarked on an ambitious transformation to solidify its position as the global leader in digital solutions for water and waste operations through exponential growth. A business-oriented, customer-centric organization is critical to achieving the objectives of its medium-term plan and fully leveraging our role as a differentiating unit in SUEZ contracts and a commercial entity for external clients.

Mission

The Head of Project Factory will play a central role in deploying digital solutions (pure software or hardware + software), particularly on an international scale, as well as in optimizing processes throughout the project lifecycle.

The Project Factory will directly support local operations teams in delivering projects after the bid phase and before the run phase. Additionally, the Project Factory will take full ownership of the project delivery process for tenders in territories where DS does not have a local entity.

Beyond these responsibilities, the Head of Project Factory will also be tasked with structuring and leading the overall "project delivery" practice to drive optimization and operational excellence.

Team : around 10 members supporting tender responses.

Roles and Responsibilities

The Head of Project Factory will be responsible for structuring and driving the “project delivery” practice with the goal of achieving optimization and operational excellence.

This role also involves providing direct support to local operations teams on complex projects or during the upskilling phases of local teams. Additionally, the manager will have direct responsibility for delivering projects where DS teams are not present, before setting up a local team.

The role relies on a team of experts (direct reports or functional links) specializing in the deployment of solutions from the Digital Solutions product portfolio.

The Head of Project Factory will collaborate with internal teams, particularly operations departments across different countries, to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement throughout the project lifecycle.

The Project Factory will structure the delivery activity of its solutions (ensuring adherence to deadlines and internal validation milestones, etc.).

Define key project management indicators and establish a performance monitoring dashboard.

Propose and implement solutions within the set deadlines to optimize operational efficiency (notably in human, technical, and financial resources), ensure deliverable quality, and achieve client satisfaction.

The position requires living in the Alicante area and he / she will have 2-3 days of remote work per week.

Qualifications and Skills :

• Professional experience >

15 years

• Demonstrated expertise (>

10 years) in delivering complex technical projects

• Demonstrated experience in process analysis and continuous improvement, with the ability to drive change and deliver tangible results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to work effectively across functions and with multicultural and multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of French is a plus
• Proactive and solution-oriented, with a willingness to engage in constructive idea exchange.
• Strong ability to prioritize and mobilize teams around set objectives.
• Degree in engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• Solid financial acumen and an affinity for technical subjects (with a good understanding of our solutions).

This role also requires resilience during periods of high workload and the ability to deliver within tight deadlines.
