About The Team

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Junior Retention Agent to join our team. The primary responsibility is to proactively engage with existing LATAM clients to increase loyalty, drive repeat business, and reduce churn. You will manage client relationships, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions to ensure long-term satisfaction and value.

Ideal Candidate

Fluent in Spanish and English with experience in Forex, Fintech, or iGaming industries. The role involves client calls (90%), emails, meetings, working with CRM systems, and collaborating with the retention team to optimize engagement strategies.

This is a full-time remote position (5/2) in the Spain time zone (UTC+1/UTC+2).

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through ongoing support and communication.
  • Identify clients at risk of churn and take proactive retention measures.
  • Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to re-engage inactive or low-activity clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide customized product or service recommendations.
  • Handle client concerns or objections professionally, resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with support, compliance, and conversion departments for seamless client experience.
  • Meet or exceed retention KPIs, including reactivation rates, client activity, and revenue.
  • Record detailed client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide feedback on client trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, account management, or client retention in a high-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Target-driven with understanding of customer value and business impact.
  • Ability to handle objections and remain calm under pressure.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Comfortable with CRM systems and data-driven metrics.
  • Flexibility to work shifts if required.

  • Experience in Forex, Fintech, or iGaming.
