Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and participate in the technical design of projects.
- Provide effort estimations and work collaboratively with the Omega team and clients to achieve project objectives.
- Optimize application performance and identify potential technical risks, proposing solutions.
- Collaborate with technology providers as needed, document processes, and track system performance.
- Validate and test solutions against business requirements.
- Train end users on new functionalities and ensure proper software use.
- Implement technological advancements, ensure quality standards, and generate technical documentation.
- Contribute to team training, share knowledge within Omega’s community of practice, and suggest methodological improvements.
- Evaluate and recommend innovative products and systems.
Knowledge / Experience
- Degree in Computer Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud; knowledge of other Salesforce clouds is a plus.
- Proficiency in APEX, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL, web services, and migration tools.
- Understanding of DevOps/Agile (SCRUM), Waterfall, SDLC, and coding principles.
- Ability to work independently, with excellent English communication skills.
- Salesforce certifications are advantageous.
