You will work on a variety of groundbreaking tools and systems to provide localization for our products. EA has built a cutting-edge localization powerhouse that supports both current and next-generation platforms.

As a Localization Tester, your main role will be to check the linguistic quality of localized products and ensure they meet EA procedures and requirements before certification by EA’s Compliance & Certification group. You may also assist EA's Worldwide Customer Experience team in evaluating their advisors.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  1. Completing assigned tasks thoroughly.
  2. Ensuring all bugs, flaws, or issues are reported correctly (in English and Arabic) and resolved before release.
  3. Informing Leads and Senior Testers of any issues that may delay or halt testing progress early.
  4. Proactively seeking ways to improve your testing knowledge and related skills.
  5. Following EA security procedures, taking responsibility for equipment and software security.
You will report to the Linguistic Team Lead.

Qualifications: Fluent (written and verbal) in English and Arabic (must be a native speaker). Demonstrates an ability to approach testing in a detailed and structured manner. Has interest and knowledge of video games, the industry, and platforms including PC, Mac, consoles (PS, Xbox), and mobile. Excellent communication skills. Proactive, player-focused, and team-oriented. Knowledgeable of the Microsoft Windows environment. Must be at least 18 years old.

Special Considerations: EA offers relocation support for employees joining from outside Madrid. You must be eligible to work in Spain; EA does not sponsor visas for this position. EA Madrid’s work environment is dynamic, with peak periods of activity; workload and team composition may vary. Regular working hours are 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime compensated with time off. Attendance at the office is required at least 30% of the contract duration.
