Palma Coliving is redefining the future of flex-living, boutique coliving, and hybrid hospitality. With 300% revenue growth in one year, four boutique properties, and a growing community of digital nomads and entrepreneurs, we are entering a new expansion phase.

Our Mission:

To scale from 200 to 700 rooms in the next five years, supported by a €10M real estate acquisition credit line & €2M operational funding, and ultimately launching a €50M Flex-Living Investment Fund.

Location: Flexible (Spain / Southern Europe preferred) | Hybrid / Remote

Your Role:

We seek a high-caliber Head of Real Estate Investments & Capital Raising to secure funding, expand our investor network, and foster strategic partnerships with private investors, family offices, and institutional funds.

Your Key Missions:

• Lead fundraising efforts for our €10M real estate expansion and €2M operational cash flow.
• Build and nurture relationships with HNWI, family offices, and real estate investors.
• Identify and secure off-market undervalued property deals for acquisition.
• Play a strategic role in structuring our future €50M Flex-Living Investment Fund.
• Position Palma Coliving as the leading boutique coliving investment brand in Southern Europe.

Who You Are:

• Strong network in family offices, private investors, and real estate funds.
• 10+ years of proven experience in real estate investment, capital raising, private equity, or fund management.
• Track record in securing financing, deal structuring, and investor relations.
• Passionate about flex-living, boutique hospitality, and innovative real estate models.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, deal-maker, and results-driven.
