KWS Semillas Iberica in Zaratan, Spain is looking for a Logistics & Sales Administration Specialist (m/f/d) to join their team to support logistics processes working closely with the distribution network, KWS Sales representatives, and other KWS global entities. This position is full-time and permanent.

Responsibilities:

  • Insert delivery information into SAP and generate reports
  • Prepare shipments for seed delivery according to Sales Orders
  • Follow up on deliveries and communicate with the sales team
  • Manage incidents such as delays and loading mistakes

Ensure correct stock and inventory data management. Activities include:

  • Register seed movements (trials, free of charge, and broken units)
  • Keep seed inventory updated in the system
  • Handle purchases and returns of goods to vendors
  • Maintain control of all stock and movements within business units

Manage sales administrative processes:

  • Order and return management: reception and adjustments
  • Customer billing
  • Follow-up on discounts calculation
  • Handle customer communications and requirements
  • Prepare recurrent reports and manage data for all business units
  • Calculate seeds delivered and accruals
  • Generate invoice reports and calculate net sales by sales representative

Your Profile:

  • Qualification/Degree in Administration and/or Logistics
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & SAP
  • Driver's license and own vehicle
  • Proactive, responsible, and organized attitude
  • Methodical approach
  • Solution and results-oriented skills
  • Strong customer focus and service attitude
  • Ability to work independently
  • Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
