This position reports to

Service Team Leader

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will collaborate with the Sales organization and customers throughout the proposal process by preparing technical descriptions of the applied products and technology. You will determine costs, prepare final documentation, and serve as a key technical resource. Additionally, you will perform lost proposal analysis, identify potential causes, and recommend future actions.

The work model for this role is:

This role contributes to Customer Service Sales in Barcelona, Spain. Main stakeholders are the Service Sales Manager.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Supporting the local Sales organization in preparing commercial offers based on customer specifications, local business indications, and directives
  • Collaborating with sales and other departments to improve sales procedures
  • Monitoring submitted offers and following up with customers
  • Maintaining and updating customer databases
  • Attending local and global meetings proactively

Qualifications for the role

  • Experience with SAP and Salesforce, and engagement with the Automotive, Food & Beverage, Logistics, and General industries
  • Experience in after-sales or customer service and relevant administrative procedures
  • Enhanced knowledge of SAP or Salesforce
  • Passion for technology, technical products, and services, with the ability to develop and manage customer relationships as part of a team
  • Proven experience in business administration, management, accounting, or finance
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
