About The Role

The Compliance team supports the business with developing and releasing innovative features for millions of customers worldwide. The Loyalty department manages non-banking features, including bookings and Revolut's debit card loyalty program. We seek a Business Compliance Manager to support and advise department heads on compliance requirements and controls within the first line of defence.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Providing compliance expertise to 1LoD and offering solutions to compliance issues.
  • Acting as a stakeholder between 1LoD and 2LoD compliance teams.
  • Guiding features through complex regulatory landscapes.
  • Ensuring product launches are compliant and smooth.
  • Identifying potential compliance risks.
  • Developing strategies to stay ahead of regulatory challenges.
  • Collaborating on compliance policies to meet legal standards and support business growth.
  • Empowering product teams with compliance knowledge and tools.
  • Acting as a liaison with regulatory bodies and ensuring positive audit outcomes.
  • Setting standards for regulatory reporting and engagement.

What You'll Need

  • A degree from a top-tier university.
  • Experience in regulatory compliance.
  • Experience in banking, strategy consultancy, or a fast-growing tech company.
  • Understanding of compliance and business risk interaction.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Nice to have

  • Experience in loyalty program compliance.
