Tasks

You will work directly with CEOs and their teams, guiding them into flawless execution plans and providing actionable solutions that deliver results at the highest levels. If you're more comfortable in a conference room with a whiteboard and post-it notes, this isn't the job for you.

Requirements

• Proven track record of implementing large-scale process improvements in tough industrial environments.
• Exceptional communication skills; able to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
• Systemic thinker who values rigorous processes over buzzwords and quick fixes.
• Comfortable challenging the status quo and pushing for meaningful change.
• Ability to maintain composure when facing tough stakeholders.
• Experience in high-accountability, fast-paced environments such as manufacturing, logistics, or industrial operations.
• Experience in Lean or OKR consulting with a focus on delivering results and real impact.
• Team-oriented mindset, prioritizing collective success.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; knowledge of French and German is a plus.
• Based in Spain or willing to relocate shortly.
