Monitoring Administrator / Specialist

REQUISITOS IMPRESCINDIBLES:
Knowledge and proven expertise of:

1. Monitoring System Deployment: Install, configure, and manage monitoring tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds, Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk.
2. Infrastructure & Application Monitoring: Set up server, network, database, and application monitoring to ensure optimal performance and availability.
3. Alerting & Incident Management: Define and configure alerting policies, thresholds, and escalation procedures for proactive issue detection.
4. Log & Event Management: Integrate log management tools (Splunk, ELK Stack) for real-time log analysis and troubleshooting.
5. Automation & Scripting: Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, Bash, or Ansible to streamline monitoring configurations and responses.
6. Integration & Dashboarding: Create dashboards and reports in Grafana, Kibana.

REQUISITOS VALORABLES:

1. Zabbix Certified Professional
2. Datadog or Prometheus Certifications
3. AWS Cloud Monitoring Certifications
4. ITIL Foundation Certification

TITULACION REQUERIDA:

1. Superior Technician in Management of Compute Systems or Computer engineering degree
2. Experience of at least 5 years in the IT sector, of which, at least 3 years performing the same role.
