Reporting to the TR India Country HR Manager and working closely with the Operations Manager.
Will plan, develop, and implement HR strategies that support branch objectives and goals in line with company policies.
Responsible for the achievement of the HR Branch KPIs.
Own the entire process in the employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit of the employees of the branch.
Support the HR Ops Team in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience.
Manage day-to-day HR-related tasks as well as the assigned HR team to coordinate, support, and implement HR actions.
Coordinate with Head Office HR leaders in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Address complex employee concerns and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Identify training needs and support career development and employee engagement initiatives.
Assist in the execution of performance management systems and processes.
Support organizational change initiatives.
