We are expanding our team with a Process Solution Design role. Take the leap — we are waiting for you!

What will you do?

• Utilize deep knowledge of Jira and Confluence, including features, workflows, and integrations.
• Apply understanding of agile methodologies and project management principles as a Project Manager or Scrum Master.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
• Customize Jira and Confluence to meet specific team needs.
• Employ investigation techniques, business process modeling, requirements development, and impact assessment.
• Demonstrate analytical skills and evidence-based approach.
• Manage project resources in a matrix environment.
• Operate within agile and waterfall methodologies, meeting deadlines using tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Break down complex problems, test hypotheses, and develop frameworks.
• Handle multiple projects under pressure within set timeframes.

Your responsibilities include:

• Promote a positive culture and behaviors aligned with I AM Risk.
• Identify, assess, manage, and report risks, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
• Take proactive actions to mitigate risks and complete mandatory training.
• Influence stakeholders effectively.
• Communicate clearly in both written and verbal forms.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Drive customer satisfaction through engagement and endorsement.
• Lead requirements elicitation and engineering, maintaining a customer focus.
• Communicate benefits and address concerns across departments.
• Produce documentation to support analysis and reporting.
• Understand business processes and how Jira and Confluence support them.
• Ensure tools are user-friendly and promote collaboration.

What are we looking for?

A professional with a university degree in technology (preferably in computer science) and over 4 years of experience. Proficiency in Jira and Confluence, understanding of agile methodologies, and fluency in English (written and spoken).
