To support logistics e-commerce operations to deliver a customer experience up to Puig’s brands standards. Support process changes and continuous operation improvements within Global Logistics area.
What you'll get to do
Ensure day to day logistics e-commerce processes by closely monitoring the operation. Supply chain problem detection for quick and robust solving, on a highest service level and cost-efficient approach.
Coordinate with Puig brands, Logistics Operators, Puig Customer Service and other operations departments so to ensure service is delivered as expected by customer.
Solve transportation incidents with Carriers.
Data analysis and estimations for forecasting and decision making. Resources planning with suppliers for campaigns.
Support processes change and projects for operation improvements, leading and coordinating cross-departmental when required.
KPIs generation, definition when required and monitoring.
Document processes and flows. Deliver presentations of business status and projects.
We'd love to meet you if you have
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Industrial engineering. Other Engineering studies with emphasis on management or logistics will be a plus
Advanced level of Spanish and English is a must. Any other European language will be a plus

Excellent communication skills at all levels in a large organisation
