Técnico en Marketing Digital

PREFAES Cerdá, located in the Valencian Community, Spain, is seeking a Digital Marketing Technician to join our team. We are based in Cerdà (Valencia).

Responsibilities

• Create texts and content for blog articles and radio ads.
• Design and manage newsletters, coordinating the dissemination of news, offers, and communication campaigns.
• Develop and manage content for social media and advertisements, engaging on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Coordinate with SEO, programming, and sales teams to ensure smooth communication.
• Redesign technical sheets, signage, labels, and catalogs.
• Enhance user experience on our website by updating headers, forms, buttons, images, and optimizing digital architecture.

Customer Service and Administration

• Review and respond to emails, messages, and calls.
• Manage online orders and process invoices and budgets.
• Proven experience in digital marketing and graphic design.
• Knowledge in e-commerce, UX, SEO, and digital tools.
• Strong organization, communication skills, and customer orientation.
• Proactive attitude, creativity to handle multiple responsibilities, and ability to work in a team.
• English language skills are a plus.
