Assistant Building Services Design Engineer

A Gibraltar -based building services consultancy are currently looking for an Assistant Building Services Design Engineer with either electrical or mechanical background - could this be your new role??

Your duties will include :

• Undertake detailed building services design and calculations (including electrical, public health, mechanical, sustainability)
• Prepare technical specifications and schedules, design development reports and innovative design solutions
• Use Building Information Modelling software to design engineering services on projects through learning from colleagues and in-house training
• Undertake site surveys
• Monitor progress on construction sites

You could be the right person for the role if you have :

• Relevant building services engineering or electrical / mechanical engineering qualification
• Practical experience with AutoCAD, Revit, Hevacomp and / or Amtech
• Fluency in English; if you can also speak Spanish that would be awesome
• Right to work in Gibraltar (UK or EU citizenship)
