Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a Campaign Management Specialist who would like to collaborate with one of the top global pharmaceutical companies.
Working hours: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Service Overview:
The individual providing Campaign Management services on behalf of the Campaign Automation team (HP Services Delivery Unit) will ensure the on-time and high-quality delivery of digital marketing execution and enablement services for internal stakeholders worldwide. The scope includes maintaining visibility of market campaign and customer journey plans, connecting these with execution and delivery across the Delivery Unit (DU), and proactively informing and activating responsible teams to ensure timely and high-quality campaign execution.
The candidate will use their digital marketing expertise to act as a consultant, providing insights into market plans and connecting stakeholders with DU services.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with market teams, Platform Management Automation Services, and other DU teams to ensure campaigns meet global standards and customer plans.
- Keep Delivery Managers, Service Account Leads, and other teams updated with regular status reports and meaningful touchpoints.
- Review campaign dashboards and generate insights for internal customers, such as quarterly reports.
- Understand market needs and leverage other DU services where applicable.
- Deeply understand customer campaign strategies across channels and stages.
- Serve as the main contact for customer needs and maintain relationships with internal DU service providers.
- Facilitate communication within the Campaign Automation team and with other DU teams to ensure efficient consultancy.
- Ensure adherence to service processes and suggest improvements when necessary.
Requirements & Desired Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration—Digital Marketing or Marketing Technology preferred, or technical studies with proven business acumen.
- Experience in project management, client management, or as a digital marketing consultant.
- Experience coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Ability to interpret and connect business and technical requirements.
- Client management and incident de-escalation skills.
- Experience in Patient Engagement or B2B marketing is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with email and SMS channels; Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is a plus.
- Experience with Paid Media is advantageous.
- Self-motivated, creative, detail-oriented, and quality-focused.
- Excellent communication skills in English, capable of working independently and interfacing with global clients.
- Strong time and project management skills to handle multiple fast-paced projects.
