MISSION

The Sales Assistant (Style Maker) introduces the client to the Golden world, explaining the heritage and the values of the Brand. The Sales Assistant (Style Maker) is dedicated to crafting a complete and personalized Golden total look for the clients, capturing their dreams and reflecting their personality. This role is pivotal in achieving high levels of client satisfaction through a Golden narrative, exceptional service, and fostering enduring relationships.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Assist customers in expressing their personality through their ideal dream looks, playing a pivotal role in achieving the store's business objectives, customer satisfaction, and overall store success.
  2. Engage actively in the sales process by providing comprehensive product insights, recommending additional items, and implementing up-selling and cross-selling strategies.
  3. Cultivate and sustain positive customer relationships by making clients feel relevant in the Golden Family, embracing omnichannel practices, and leveraging digital tools and communication methods to ensure personalized updates, recommendations, and offers.
  4. Contribute to overall store presentation by maintaining visual standards and ensuring products are displayed according to the brand's image and standards.
  5. Assist with store operations, including opening/closing, inventory management, and compliance with GDPR and health & safety standards.
  6. Utilize IT and digital tools effectively to enhance business processes and customer engagement (Golden App, Sales Force, Xstore, Stealth).

Key Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Spanish; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and professional selling techniques.
  • Strong customer focus, with excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to monitor industry trends and understand the local market (online and offline).
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving business and customer needs.
  • Strong team player.
