Chrono24 is the world’s leading online marketplace for luxury watches. With a strong global presence, we are now focusing on the U.S. market to drive growth. We seek a Partner Acquisition Manager to expand our dealer network on the US West Coast, playing a key role in our success in this region.

Note: This position offers remote work within the U.S., with travel within the West Coast as needed.

What You Can Expect

  • Research the US West Coast market to identify and acquire high-value luxury watch dealers
  • Build and maintain relationships with top-tier watch dealers, negotiating long-term partnerships
  • Re-engage inactive accounts, understanding reasons for disengagement and working to reactivate them
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams by sharing customer insights to improve our B2B offerings
  • Proactively acquire dealers through cold calling, messaging, in-person visits, and attending trade shows and events

What Sets You Apart

  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales or dealer acquisition, preferably in luxury markets
  • Interest in high-end watches and a desire to build a career in the industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build trust and influence decisions
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, proactive, and independent
  • Willingness to travel within the US for meetings and events
