About the role

We’re seeking a Senior Technical UI Designer to enhance our asset integration processes.

This role involves implementing layouts, connecting game assets, setting up event flows, optimizing resources, and sharing expertise to improve team performance. You will collaborate with game developers, artists, and VFX specialists to streamline workflows and reduce iteration cycles.

Responsibilities

1. Design and implement layouts for complex UI windows and in-game interfaces in the engine editor.
2. Optimize the UI development pipeline from layout creation to game integration.
3. Prepare and optimize graphics for seamless integration.
4. Take ownership of complex features with minimal supervision.
5. Debug and resolve visual and logical issues.

Our Stack

• Photoshop
• Visual scripting (nodes) for game logic creation
• Our proprietary engine, similar to Unity or Unreal
• Git (with Fork client) for version control
• XML for data management

Required

• Proficiency in Photoshop: cutting and optimizing graphics, preparing assets for animation, working with layer effects, font styling.
• 3+ years of experience in UI layout assembly or development in game engines/editors (Unity, UE, CryEngine, etc.).
• Experience with visual scripting using nodes.
• Experience creating and optimizing VFX and animations.
• Familiarity with XML and Git.

Preferred

• Experience with adaptive and complex interfaces (scrollers, effects).
• Experience optimizing graphic resources.
