Progressive is seeking an electrical engineer to be part of the planning, design, and construction of manufacturing facilities.

Tasks:

• Prepare, revise, and approve technical documentation for the design phases of projects.
• Control costs throughout the phases of the projects.
• Supervise the construction, installation, and commissioning of assigned projects.
• Manage on-site vendors and contractors.
• Manage, prepare, and deliver project documentation.
• Implement improvement strategies for cost control.

Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
• Demonstrated experience participating in large-scale projects (50-100m€).
• Previous experience supervising technicians and/or junior engineers.
• At least 5 years of experience in the tasks listed above.
• Previous experience working on-site, integrating teams of up to 20 engineers.
• High proficiency in design software (AutoCAD).
• High proficiency in English and Spanish.

Conditions:

• Contract: Long-term contract or freelancing
• Work Conditions: Initially remote; site-based afterward
