Zinia leverages the technological resources of Openbank, the digital-native bank of the Santander Group, which is expanding internationally. Openbank offers customers the ability to manage finances via website or app.

Mission and responsibilities :

As a Senior Manager of Zinia Collections, your main responsibilities will include :

  • Manage Collections tasks for Zinia projects.
  • Align Collections strategy with SCF local Collections teams across geographies.
  • Define policies and functional requirements for Collections in Zinia projects.
  • Supervise implementation of Collection strategies in systems across Zinia programs.

To be successful in the role you must have :

  • 8 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or Business Administration.
  • Knowledge of credit admission models, variables, external sources.
  • Experience with consumer goods financing (personal loans, credit cards, POS financing).
  • Financial data management skills: credit portfolio and model performance monitoring.
  • Experience in digital businesses or FinTechs.
  • Risk analysis experience in retail operations, international markets preferred.
  • Basic programming skills in SQL and Python.
  • Experience in agile environments is a plus.
