About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior UX / UI Designer to join us on-site at our office in Murcia (Spain) . This is a full-time, high-ownership role where you’ll work directly with the founder to define and design the core of our web app.

You’ll be designing a responsive web application — built for desktop and mobile web — not a native mobile app. Your work will shape the experience across screen sizes and user contexts in the fintech space.

If you move fast, obsess over detail, and know how to design web flows that make complex financial interactions feel effortless — you’re exactly who we’re looking for.

What You’ll Do

• Design the full UX / UI of our web application in Figma
• Work directly with the founder to brainstorm and mock new features
• Turn complex fintech flows into clear, usable screens
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals
• Maintain and evolve our design system
• Bonus) If you have UX research experience — you go straight to the top

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in UX / UI design for web applications
• Experience in fintech
• Excellent attention to detail , usability, and visual polish
• Ability to work independently and move fast without hand-holding
• Full professional proficiency in English — written and spoken
• Must be located in or willing to relocate to Murcia, Spain
• This is an on-site role — remote is not available)
