Responsibilities
- Design and validate new projects involving changes to facilities, services, and processes, ensuring compliance with technical legislation.
- Manage projects using MS Project and Office, overseeing both new initiatives and improvements to existing installations.
- Create and supervise technical plans, specifications, and budgets, ensuring quality and adherence to standards.
- Manage project budgets, sourcing suppliers, evaluating bids, and controlling costs.
- Develop technical documentation.
- Validate processes in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Manage personnel, assign tasks, monitor work quality and deadlines to ensure project completion.
- Ensure compliance with company EHS standards, legal requirements, and internal policies.
Candidate Profile
- Technical degree in engineering, mechanical, electrical, robotics, or similar.
- At least 3 years of experience in designing, managing, and maintaining service installations such as steam systems, compressed air, HVAC, cogeneration, biomass steam generation, etc.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Availability to travel occasionally within Europe.
- Experience in process validation in the pharmaceutical sector is highly valued.
- Knowledge of industry standards, best practices, and emerging trends in facility management.
- Knowledge of energy management systems (ISO 50001) is a plus.
