Admissions Representative

Atlantic International University (AIU) is a unique alternative to the more than 6,700 traditional colleges and universities in the United States. The Role

Position: Admissions Counselor / Sales / Student Recruitment

Main Activity:

1. Call prospective students seeking education at the university level, assist in the enrollment process.
2. Reach weekly recruitment goals.
3. Must be fully fluent with native English pronunciation. Participate in the global economy by joining AIU, a university in the USA with a 20+ year history.
4. Work remotely from home, with no travel, commuting, or relocation needed. AIU provides training, prospects/candidates, supervisor support, a telephone for calls, a customer management platform, and tools like automated/mass emails and video chat.
5. Collaborate remotely with staff and facilitate the enrollment of qualified students worldwide. As an admissions representative, you will contact prospective students/candidates assigned to you throughout the day via telephone.
6. Prospects/candidates are obtained 100% from the university's website after completing a contact request form and are distributed in real-time. You will speak with many prospects worldwide, learning about their cultures, interests, goals, and career plans.
7. You will evaluate and qualify candidates for admissions and facilitate their registration/enrollment process. If you meet the following characteristics and wish to be an educational ambassador for AIU, this career path may be suitable for you.

Ideal Profile

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of customer service, sales, and/or telemarketing experience.
• Ability to work remotely and coordinate with personnel globally.
• High volume outbound calling ability, 70-100 calls per day.
• Stable internet connection with minimum 5MB/s download and 1MB/s upload speeds.
• Computer/PC running authentic Windows 7 or higher, with at least 4GB RAM and a 2.0GHz processor. Familiarity with Windows, Outlook, and Word.
