Hartmann Young is retained by a private equity-backed, European mid-sized CRO to appoint a Senior Commercial Leader.

Role Overview

This is a strategic role, leading a high-performing commercial team across Europe. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to define commercial strategy, drive revenue growth, and elevate client engagement across clinical services.

We Are Looking For

1. Experience: 10 years of CRO experience with a focus on Phase I-III trials.
2. Leadership: Proven ability to lead high-performing teams.
3. Stakeholder Engagement: Experience working closely with C-level executives and PE stakeholders.
4. Skills: Strong commercial and strategic skill set.
5. Strategy Development: Ability to define and implement Sales & Marketing strategies.
