Viking provides roadside assistance services in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Finland. Additionally, we assist drivers throughout Europe via our network and international partners. We ensure the efficient and safe mobility of vehicles and passengers, no matter where the breakdown occurs. We assist in Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, Danish, and English languages.

We are now looking for an Assistance and Insurance Specialist for our Travel Care business. You will, among other things:

  1. Train our staff in insurance conditions, travel insurance principles, assistance processes, and case handling (calls, tasks, cases, SLA’s, and KPI’s)
  2. Supervise and manage daily operations
  3. Implement quality processes in daily operations, suggest improvements, and handle complaints
  4. Act as a contact person for certain customers and stakeholders, including insurance companies and corporate clients
