We are looking for a professional with a qualification in care for dependent persons, auxiliary nursing or an equivalent qualification, to work as a gerocultor/a at the Senior Residence in Ribes de Freser.

The selected candidate will be responsible for accompanying the users of the center, attending to their assistance needs such as hygiene, mobility, etc. Participating in various activities and workshops, ensuring the proper health condition of the users and attending to their needs.

Requirements:

Education: Intermediate Degree in Care for Dependent Persons, Auxiliary Nursing, or a Sociosanitary Care Certificate.

Experience: Proven experience in caring for dependent persons, especially in similar centers. Knowledge of the ACP Model and experience in conducting workshops/activities.

Profile: We seek professionals with good communication skills, empathy, assertiveness, and teamwork ability. Focused on improving quality of life and well-being of the people. Adaptability, flexibility, and willingness to understand and implement the Person-Centered Care Model.

Additional: Candidates residing in Ribes de Freser or nearby will be positively valued. Priority will be given to candidates with a disability certificate.

Work schedule: 40 hours per week
Contract: Temporary for vacation coverage
Salary: According to the collective agreement
