Social Discovery Group (SDG) is a global technology company that builds apps at the intersection of dating, social, and entertainment. The company's portfolio includes 70 social discovery platforms with a focus on AI, game mechanics, and video streaming. We actively support and invest in social discovery startups worldwide through our CVC fund.

We are looking for a Portfolio Manager to join Social Discovery Ventures . Social Discovery Ventures (SDV) is a global investment management company. SDV has invested in 27 Venture Capital and 5 private equity funds, including NEA, Khosla Ventures, and DCM, fostering a thriving ecosystem of innovation and growth.

Your main tasks will be :

  • Manage the portfolio of VC and PE funds investments;
  • Build strategic relationships with portfolio funds. Investigate arising issues;
  • Oversee new funds investments. Manage due diligence and deal-closing processes;
  • Present potential deals to the Investment Committee;
  • Track the quarterly performance of the portfolio VC / PE funds.

We expect from you :

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in VC, PE funds;
  • Familiar with VC funds structure;
  • Market research and sizing skills;
  • Analytical thinking;
  • Deal negotiation skills and experience.

This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
