The IOC Analyst is a critical part of our future success, and we are looking for the best candidates. The worker supports technical services and support functions under the guidance of technical lead engineers.

Responds to situations where first-line product support has failed to resolve problems in malfunctioning equipment or software. Reports design, reliability, and maintenance issues to engineering teams. May be involved in customer installation and training.

Provides support to customers/users for highly technical or sophisticated products.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor, detect, and prevent incidents.
  2. Communicate complex technical issues effectively to customers and escalate when necessary.
  3. Supervise alarms and events on platforms in real-time.
  4. Handle monitoring-related consults and claims.
  5. Take ownership of Tier 1 customer issues and resolve them.
  6. Execute standard changes for customer requests.
  7. Support upper Tiers in deploying new solutions.

Technical Skills and Education:

Valued skills include routers, switches, Linux, Unix, Windows, Apache, Microsoft IIS, Tomcat, MySQL, Oracle, troubleshooting, problem-solving, analytical skills. A technical degree is required.

Language Skills:

Fluent/native in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
