We are looking for a Technical Educator for a minors' residence in Aranjuez, working afternoon shifts, to contribute to the well-being and development of the children in the center.
What will be your responsibilities in these programs?
- Accompany minors, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Support the implementation of the educational program and individual projects under the coordination of the educational team.
- Conduct follow-up, observation, and record relevant incidents during your shift.
- Collaborate with the educational team to ensure quality care and continuity in the minors' support.
Your presence will be key to providing a safe, stable, and welcoming environment as they rest and recharge to continue growing.
What are we looking for?
- A professional with advanced vocational training (FP superior) in fields related to social-educational or sociocultural areas.
- Valuable : a Degree or Diploma in Social Education, Social Work, or related qualifications.
- Driving license, to access the center and facilitate mobility.
What do we offer?
- Long-term contract (minimum 1 year).
- Full-time schedule of 38.5 hours per week.
- Rotating schedule from 2 PM to 10 PM, including :
- 6 days on, 3 days off
- 5 days on, 4 days off
- 7 days on, 3 days off
- Collective agreement : State Juvenile Reform and Minors Protection – Group 2.
Requirements
- Advanced vocational training in social-educational or sociocultural fields.
- Valuable : Degree or Diploma in Social Education, Social Work, or related fields.
- Driving license for mobility access.
