In connection with subsequent business expansion, Intellias is strengthening its delivery leadership capabilities. We are seeking a seasoned executive to join us as VP of Delivery in the Digital business segment (Head of Delivery Segment). This role strategically oversees operations of 700+ people with a focus on scaling the business. The primary responsibilities include shaping the delivery strategy for the designated areas and contributing to the overall company strategy. This role aligns with top-level company goals and the growth of the Delivery Segment.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Leading Delivery Organization: Managing directors to deliver high-quality services, developing best practices, adopting new technologies, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation, and building strong client relationships.
2. Supporting Business Development: Collaborating with clients to understand their goals, ensuring successful project delivery, participating in pre-sales activities, and working with sales and marketing teams on segment strategies.
3. Driving Technological Innovation: Identifying emerging technologies, developing innovation strategies, and staying updated on industry trends to keep the company at the forefront.

Qualifications include:

1. Over 10 years in Software Engineering and Outsourcing, with experience managing large engineering teams.
2. Proven results in program and portfolio management, Agile methodologies.
3. Deep expertise in modern software engineering practices, solution architecture experience is advantageous.
4. Strong understanding of Digital business landscapes and trends.
5. Visionary leadership with strategic planning skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and assertiveness.
6. Comprehensive knowledge of large IT outsourcing organizations, business development, and financial management.
7. Educational background with MSc or PhD in relevant engineering fields; MBA or similar is a plus.
8. Fluent in English, willing to travel frequently.
