What’s the opportunity?
As our Commercial Partnerships Manager, you will drive strategic growth by building and expanding our partnerships. Your responsibilities include managing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver value. This role requires strong sales skills, a global mindset, and enthusiasm for fast-paced environments.
What will I be doing?
- Identify opportunities to acquire new business through relationship-building with partners.
- Manage partner accounts, understand their capabilities, and strategize to grow these relationships.
- Build and develop long-term strategic partnerships.
- Identify new sales opportunities within existing partners to expand services offered to clients.
- Maintain professional networks, participate in industry events, and generate interest from potential clients.
- Close new deals by coordinating requirements and negotiating contracts.
- Develop and implement strategic partnership plans to foster business growth, analyze performance, and identify improvement areas.
What skills do I need?
- Passion for emerging markets, adaptability to fast-changing environments, self-starting attitude, and willingness to work across time zones.
- Sales experience, preferably in technology or financial systems, with a record of high performance.
- Experience as an Account Manager, Business Developer, or Partnership Manager.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build a relevant business network.
- Strategic thinking and risk management skills based on customer insights.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder influence skills, including at executive levels.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
- Technical knowledge of payments is advantageous.
