RIB Club Menorca SL: Prep, Rep & Maintenance Technician

Tasks

RIB Club is looking to fill a position for a Prep, Rep & Maintenance Technician (on-shore, year-round position). The candidate should be Mallorca-based and able to travel between different marinas on the island (Portals, CDM, Andratx, etc.).

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• performing daily RIB cleaning and maintenance;
• working on various refit projects (surface works, engine servicing, refurbs, etc.);
• liaising with local suppliers and collaborating with them on different MRO projects;
• refuelling;
• organizing sea trials and orientations for (prospective) members.

Basic requirements for candidates:

• experience in boat maintenance, repairs and mechanics (previous boat engineering experience or expertise in any marine refit/refurb field is a plus);
• driver´s license and a personal car;
• boat licence (PER or similar);
• fluent Spanish;
• fluent, advanced or upper intermediate level of English;
• any additional languages are a plus.

We offer a full-time, year-round permanent contract. The salary will be in line with the candidate´s experience and skills.
