HR Representative

Location : Lezama, Spain

Job Description:

We are reinforcing our site HR team at our location in Lezama and are seeking a dedicated HR Representative to join us.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing and managing labor contracts, including hiring, extensions, and settlements. Monitoring daily attendance and controlling absenteeism. Coordinating with temp agencies for recruiting temporary labor.
• Calculating payroll, Social Security contributions, and taxes.
• Collaborating with the EHS team to manage training and plan annual medical checks.
• Promoting and managing staff training initiatives, developing the annual training plan, and managing grants through the Tripartite Foundation.
• Addressing staff queries and providing support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Law, Labor Sciences, or Labor Relations. A Master’s in Human Resource Management is preferred.
• At least 3 years of relevant HR experience.
• Knowledge of labor legislation, Social Security, EHS matters, and ISO standards (ISO TS 16494, ISO 9001, ISO 14001).
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.
