We are looking for a Strategy and Partnerships Associate Europe based in Spain to join our regional team. You will be instrumental in defining and executing our European growth strategy and expanding our partnership portfolio. You will work on diverse projects across Europe, with strong support from our European leadership and teams in Asia.
Your Role and Responsibilities
- Support strategy-related initiatives, including market research, go-to-market planning for expansion beyond Europe and Asia, establishing a second nearshoring center in Europe, and assisting with FY2026 planning and strategic client engagement.
- Assist the CEO Office with maintaining scalable meeting and reporting structures, supporting governance requirements, and preparing client engagement materials and speeches.
- Take ownership of expanding and structuring Peak3's European partnership portfolio, including developing onboarding materials, partnership remuneration models, onboarding new partners, collaborating on lead generation activities, and managing partner accounts.
- Work with the Strategy and Partnerships Lead Europe to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and develop scalable governance and metrics to support growth through 2029.
Candidate Profile
- At least 3 years of experience in consultancy, partnerships, or business development within SaaS / tech, preferably in Europe; experience in insurance or insurtech is a plus.
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS principles, strategic planning, and market trends.
- Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in another major European language (e.g., German, French, Spanish) is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across cultures and time zones.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus).
- Willingness to travel within Europe (5-10%).
